So DA has upgraded to a new version. Exciting stuff.....
Not really for me to be honest.
Why....

99.75% of my DA access is done using the mobile site via Pocket IE (PIE) on my nice HTC Touch Pro running Windows Mobile. Now I use PIE as its handy but I can of course use Opera Mobile 10 for accessing the full site as there are things you can't do using the mobile interface - updating your journal for example!

So.....

DA v7 is nice, but how about some love for smartphone owners?
The mobile site is basically just a DA viewer, how about a proper DA lite site where i can update my journal, add favs, organise stuff, see more than 4 deviations at once (8-12) would be good, view a random deviant or deviation, see the daily deviations, better access to messages (activites for example don't show as anything on the mobile site).

So how about it, a DA lite site?

While looking for Disney artwork - Mickey, Donald etc I came across a set of pictures by nightwing1975. Nicely illustrated and framed. So I decided to view more of his artwork.

What I found blew my mind.
Flashbacks of childhood among a vast collection of his work.
Bod, Metal Mickey, Ulysses 31, Thundercats, He-man & She-ra.
All there in his 'My Toons' gallery.

It is an astonishing array of work, truely superb.
Star Wars, Red Dwarf, Battle Beyond The Stars, Battlestar Galactica, Star Trek (all series).

I recommend taking a good look at his gallery.
